Through a selection of works part of the 1,800 photographs of the Fnac Photography Collection, Quentin Bajac offers a free discussion on the topic of “looking”, echoing the title of the book published under his supervision by Gallimard editions: ”Regards. Un siècle de photographie de Brassaï à Martin Parr. Chef d’oeuvre de la collection de la Fnac”. Models staring at the photograph, images suggesting off-camera looks, photos built upon gaze interplays. These are about thirty original photographs from the Fnac photo collection that will be exhibited for the first time this year at the Grand Palais.
