ROSALIND FOX SOLOMON

Rosalind Fox Solomon (b. 1930) is an American artist whose observant eye is evidence of her curiosity about people and cultures, paired with an obsessive attention to detail. She has traveled the world looking for and finding images that speak to humanity and has captured, in the personal, the power of the world she has seen. The result is an oeuvre filled with clear and direct images that resonate and engage us. Shown in 30 solo exhibitions and 100 group exhibitions, her work is in the collections of over 50 museums worldwide. Her books: THEM (2013), Got to Go (2016), Liberty Theater (2018) and The Forgotten (2021) have been published by MACK, which will publish her next book in 2023.
