Stéphanie Solinas develops her artisitic practice at the crossroads of photography, books and installations. She explores the weaving between the visible and invisible that shapes our identities. Her research spans from the XIXth to the XXIst centuries, from the birth of photography to Artificial Intelligence.
Stéphanie studied photography at the ENS Louis Lumière in Paris, and holds a PhD in Arts. She is a former resident of the Villa Médicis in Roma, and an artist in residence at the Headlands Center for the Arts à San Francisco.
Her work has been exposed in several institutions in France and abroad.
